The Northern Regional Minister, Hon. The Ag. As the Acting Chief Director of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council, Sumaila Ewuntomah Abudu has represented the council in various capacities, including delivering opening remarks on behalf of the Northern Regional Minister at the 2025-2028 Composite Budget Production Workshop.
