𝗡𝗥𝗖𝗖 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬

The Northern Regional Minister, Hon. Shani Alhassan Shaibu on Tuesday, 31 December, 2024 addressed NRCC staff meeting, where he expressed heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their unwavering support during his tenure in office. He acknowledged the significant role the staff played in his success, highlighting their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the region’s development.
The Minister’s appreciation was evident as he reflected on his time in office, noting the accomplishments and progress made possible by the staff’s efforts. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration, praising the staff for their contributions to the region’s growth and prosperity.
This gesture of appreciation is not uncommon, as seen in similar instances where outgoing officials have expressed gratitude to their staff. For example, the outgoing Oti Regional Minister recently thanked President Akufo-Addo for the opportunity to serve, while also acknowledging the support of his staff. Similarly, the former Eastern Regional Minister expressed appreciation to his staff, Municipal District Chief Executives, and other stakeholders for their cooperation during his tenure.
The Ag. Chief Director/RCD, Sumaila Ewuntomah Abudu, expressed gratitude to the regional minister on behalf of the NRCC staff, acknowledging their appreciation for the minister’s leadership and support during their tenure. This gesture reflects the positive working relationship between the minister and the NRCC staff, as seen in various events and initiatives where they collaborated.
As the Acting Chief Director of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council, Sumaila Ewuntomah Abudu has represented the council in various capacities, including delivering opening remarks on behalf of the Northern Regional Minister at the 2025-2028 Composite Budget Production Workshop.
The staff meeting served as a testament to the Minister’s leadership and appreciation for his team, leaving a positive impression on the staff as he bids farewell.
